The first edition (2009) of Tuberculosis Drug Information Guide was derived from Drug-Resistant Tuberculosis: A Survival Guide for Clinicians (2nd edition) produced in 2008 by the Curry International Tuberculosis Center (CITC) and the State of California Department of Public Health, Tuberculosis Control Branch (CDPH).

The information in Tuberculosis Drug Information Guide, 2nd edition was updated in December, 2012 and features information on 21 medications currently used to treat tuberculosis, both in the U.S. and internationally. For each drug (listed alphabetically), this guide includes:
