Description: Taking side effects seriously - an interactive and evidence-based webinar series will highlight various TB treatment-associated adverse effects and provide management strategies to effectively reduce barriers to treatment completion and support both patients and clinicians. This first session covered the risks, impacts, and management of TB treatment-associated nausea and vomiting. Data and expertise from other medical fields, including cancer chemotherapy and post-operative care, were included to provide insights into how to improve care for patients with TB.
