Ursula is a one month old baby whose mother who is diagnosed with pleural TB. The mother's TB isolate is sensitive to all four first line TB drugs. Because it is sometimes difficult to determine if an individual with pleural TB also has pulmonary TB and therefore might be contagious, Ursula was evaluated for possible exposure to contagious TB.
